Update about our Current Working Procedure

Our team is working tirelessly to resume our normal services. Unfortunately getting our systems up and running at home hasn't been completed yesterday (18.03.2020). We have problems with our router at the office and should be having a new one fitted today (19.03.2020).

Apologies for anyone who hasn't been able to get through to us on our phone line the last two days and we are aware of the volume of calls we have missed. However this will improve over the next few days as we will be launching an emergency line soon. May we remind everyone that the pain we are feeling now is short-term and we will soon find a way to be back on track.

On a brighter note we have managed to pay the majority of savings on time and completed the scheduled loan transactions and we will sort any missed ones as soon as we can.

Our team is working at full speed to limit this disruption and we appreciate your patience.
